Every day. We pull from SEEK (AU + NZ), JSearch (IN + US), and direct ATS feeds from companies on Greenhouse / Lever / Ashby. Stale listings (older than ~14 days) are filtered out.

Both unlock the same software: all 42 interview-prep modules across 6 data roles, unlimited saved jobs, daily new-roles digest, and 10 direct questions per billing term you can ask the founder inside the prep library. The difference is the add-on credits: Pro Quarterly ($49 / 3 months) also includes 1 free 30-min consulting call ($29 value) and 1 free hand-tailored Resume Review ($11 value) per term. Pro Monthly ($19/mo) doesn't include those credits — you can still buy them at standard rates.

Yes — Pro Quarterly subscribers get a fresh 1 free consulting call + 1 free Resume Review at the start of every 3-month cycle. Unused credits expire at end of term and don't roll over.

Yes. Cancel from the Manage Subscription menu in the sidebar. You keep access for the rest of your paid term — no auto-renewal headaches.

Yes — but refunds are processed manually. Email hello@firstdatajob.com with your order details and we'll review within 1 business day. Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of charge AND haven't used any free credits in the current term (Resume Review or Consulting Call). If you've already redeemed a free credit, that perk's value is deducted from the refund. No refund for past completed billing terms. See our Terms for the full policy.

Once you've paid (or activated Pro Quarterly), the booking link lives on the Consulting Call page inside FirstDataJob — Dashboard → Premium → 30-min Consulting Call. Pick a 30-min slot from there. You'll also get a confirmation email pointing you to the same page. Pro Quarterly members get 1 free call per term — for the free one, email hello@firstdatajob.com with the topic + 2–3 time slots and we'll arrange it.

Yes — upload your existing resume (PDF) when you place the order, along with the target role and (optionally) the job posting URL. AJ then tailors it to that role.

Both PDF and editable DOCX, delivered to your FirstDataJob dashboard. You also get an email with both attached, plus a change-log explaining each major edit and why.

Yes — within 4 hours of submission for a full refund (before work starts), or partial refund after work begins. Email hello@firstdatajob.com.

Encrypted at rest in FirstDataJob's Supabase storage (Sydney region). Used only to compute AI match scores against jobs. We never share with any third-party AI service that retains data.

Tailored Resume Review files are retained for 7 days post-delivery, then auto-deleted from your view. The original delivery email keeps attachments forever in your inbox.

Only product analytics (page views, button clicks) — no behavioural profiling, no third-party trackers. Your resume content stays inside FirstDataJob.
